With my past experience as closing attorney for 21 years and as a banker for the last 15 years, I have dealt with realtors all over most of the Mid-South; and in the last 2 years we have engaged the services of 3 realtors in the Destin area in an attempt to purchase. None could hold a candle to Kerry McNulty and without his help, advice, persistence and strategy I do not believe we would have been able to close this deal.
