I had never even visited Destin, but as an experienced real estate investor, knew I had to become an expert fast. I did on-line and telephone research to determine which realtor to deal with. I narrowed it down to Kerry and one other agent. After I met both, I knew Kerry was the right realtor. I wanted the right house at the right price, and Kerry understood that. By the end of the first week of looking, Kerry found the perfect property that I was able to purchase for $126,000 under the list price. We have been in Destin for 1 year, and just settled two weeks ago on our second property purchased through Kerry. As he did the year prior, he researched all the properties in our area of interest, pulled rental history, and narrowed it down to a few complexes. This time he presented numerous offers. The one that was accepted, saved us almost 20% off the list price...and that was through a developer, which is almost unheard of! Kerry is a very personable guy that has many good business contacts throughout Destin. He has used his contacts many times to help me out both professionally and personally. I have purchased well over 20 properties in many different parts of the country. I can honestly say that I have never had a better realtor than Kerry.
