I was okay with being an absentee home owner but the thought of being an absentee home buyer seemed daunting. From the moment I decided on the home I wanted to purchase, Kerry guided me through the negotiation and purchase agreement process. Instead of letting me fend for myself from that point forward, Kerry actually "stepped on the gas" and helped me secure reputable inspectors, insurance quotes, repair estimates, and recommendations for contractors. Let's not forget the unimaginable amount of paperwork a real-estate transaction takes through to closing which Kerry readily handled and explained to me along the way. There were no surprises, and if there was ever an issue that came up, Kerry had the issue handled or a solution to recommend to me.
